Effect
+1 weapon quality (+5% local damage, max. +10). May fail.
Each success adds one point; the 5% bonus corresponds to each quality point. The attempt may fail. Consult Quality to the probability table.

Those whetstones are commonly used by blacksmiths for polishing and sharpening weapons of any kind. Seeking perfection comes with a risk.
How to use
In inventory, select the orb at the cursor and right-click on compatible equipment. Relics and corrupted items are not modifiable for these currencies.
