This chaotic orb scrambles all inscriptions around. Something exceptional may come out of madness.
How to use
In inventory, select the orb at the cursor and right-click on compatible equipment. Relics and corrupted items are not modifiable for these currencies.
Audio
The previous sounds of weapons, abilities, creatures, interface and transactions have been restored. Recent custom sound effects are disabled; ambient music from regions and cities remains active.
