Effect
Phase IV move of the Ice Colossus. After a 2 s warning, a blizzard covers the arena for 8 s. Anyone who stands still for 2 s is sealed in ice: 1.2× the boss's hit and held in place for 2.5 s. Keeping on the move avoids the seal. The cooldown may change with rank, enraged state or other effects.
